Cooking chili is easy if you make it my way. Recipe as follows...

Ingredients:

1 pound of ground beef
1 onion
1 can of Ro-Tel (chopped tomatoes and green chilis)
1 can of creamed corn
1 can of tomato paste
1 packet of chili seasoning
2 cubes of frozen garlic (or just chop up a bunch of garlic)

Brown the meat over medium heat until mostly brown.
Chop up the onion and add it to the pot.
Pour the contents of the Ro-Tel, creamed corn and tomato paste into the pot.
Drop in the garlic.
Simmer at low heat.
Stir every 5 to 10 minutes.
Cook for as long as you like, at least 45 min.

(Also remember to get your bread ahead of time).
